When i open my HD, on the left side of this window there were options
name:DEVICES , PLACE. SEARCH FOR .
Sometime this SHARED option appears and disappears with the name (
SMITH ) inside this folder. Not sure how it's called but I call it as a
folder. Does this has something to do with my D-link wireless router? Is
he using my network as well? Please help. Thanks

this is what you can see on the left hand side of the window when I open the HD drive:

Devices
Places
Search for:

SHARED - this one appears / disappears .When it's here, it's got the name (SMITH) inside this folder.
Connected as GUEST.

Open the folder & any sub folders that you can find. If you can get to the My Documents folder, open it & look for his resume. That will tell you his life story.

If none of that works, open the web interface of the dlink http://192.168.0.1
You should have the default login. If not search for it on the web. Look under DHCP & find his IP address. Put it in the run box \\192.168.0.XXX , whatever it is. That should open the shares as well.

After you find out what's going on, secure the router by using MAC filtering.
