Hi .. I have a small office that we use a wirless network for around 12 PCs. The wireless network setup is " the ISP Router connected to the wireless Router" By that connecting to the internet was perfect . but when we wanted to use a Shared System it started slowing down and laging what i tried to do as the Computer -Host or server was also connected by wirless . i connected it by a Network cable to the wirless router > "thinking myself that it is better if the server recieves data by LAN and send data by wirless to the whole network Now i thinkin im missimg up something ... I need help in configuring the network or at least put the server on LAN and then share a wirless network by ALL Abviously the LAN"cables are much faster but until we apply it to all the computers things will hang and my day will be a LOSE Thank You.

I have a few clarification questions. You said, ISP router. Did you mean router or modem? If you meant router, then make sure that only one is running DHCP or give the machines static IPs. The WAN connection on the second router (yours) should should be plugged into one of the LAN ports on the ISP's router.
Is your "server" a Win2000 or Win2003 server or just a PC w/ shared files?Whatever it is, sometimes using wireless to read shares on a wired PC doesn't work well. So, you might be better off leaving the server connection wireless until you can wire everything.
In the meantine, try TCPOptimizer.exe from
