✔ Best Answer
You don't join thin clients to a domain. You join the RDP server as a member server to the domain.

Unclear what you mean by "Licenses Required: 10"

If I count your servers correct I see 8 servers.
You would need 8 server licenses.

1 lic Domain Controller
1 lic Additional DC
1 lic Terminal Server
1 lic Rights Management Server 1
1 lic Rights Management Server 2
1 lic Data Server
1 lic Backup Data Server
1 lic Exchange Server Enterprise

Thanks for the clarification, so the thin clients will be in a workgroup, RDP Server will be joined to the domain. For the licensing I thought Exchange needed atleast 2 OS licenses as there wil be a minimum of two servers. Please correct me if I am wrong, also am looking for an independent consultant to assist me with this as a project manager.

two exchange servers for 25 people? why?
2 rights management servers. why?

presently your list is way overkill for 25 users.
