Subject: Setting up Network PrinterOS: Windows XP Pro sp1CPU/Ram: P 4 1.8 Ghz 256 Mb Ram |
Comment: This computer the P4 has a Lexmark all in one connected thru USB 2.0 port. I got my other computer running Windows 98 SE. If im on that computer how do i print to the printer connected to the Gateway? Also one more question. Not sure if its really a Network question or not. Is there a program that lets you view someone ip on a instant messenger? the reason i ask is because i think someone on my Yahoo is booting me and i want to get there IP to report them. I talked to my isp and they said i need there ip address and they will take care of them. Reply: (edit)"If im on that computer how do i print to the printer connected to the Gateway" I am assuming the "gateway" is the P4 you refer to. Standard setup. Share the printer on the P4/gateway pc. Have 98 connect to the share for printing.
