Setting up a PRINTER

Hello. This is my first post. I would really appreciate if someone can help me here
this is my first day at the office. Got a new IBM notebook and after the first set up connected to the office LAN
When clicking the Printer and fax I couls see the office printer. (havent done anythuing)

How easy this is to do depends slightly on which version of Windows you're using but generally you just go to Start/settings/printers then click on 'add printer'; then follow the wizard. Choose the 'network printer' option then let it search for the office printer(s). It will need to install the drivers to your machine & then away you go.
