I am looking for an ISP that will give me unlimited bandwidth, and has a fail proof design so that I can run a server at home.

You will never find an ISP that will fulfill those requirements. There is no such thing as a "fail proof design".

You need to make a realistic determination of your needed requirements and how much you can afford to spend.

Are you looking to stay within the budget of a typical home broadband connection ($30 to $70 per month), or do you want to move to a business class T1 or T3 connection (minimum of $400, max of $$$$thousands per month)?

Ok, I would run the server on the cable service that I have now, but they do not let you run servers on port 80. So, I have to find a place that does let you do that.
