i have a small game server, and i know its not the issue. The server's connection drops randomly every about 5-10 min. It doesnt drop if someone with a different WAN ip connects through my remote control software and doesnt disconnect. When i pinged a site for about 3 min it stopped responding and that was the same exact as all the players on my server dropped. I really need help with this, i appriciate all help. If you need anymore info please just ask for it i really need to resolve this issue. I am also behind a router.

Do you a package from your ISP that allows you to run a game servers bandwidth maybe they are purposely interfering with your connection?

You could try wireshark and capture all packets incoming and outgoing to see if there is anything suspicious.

If you do try WS then go into its filters and disable the ARP protocol, so in the menu choose,

analyze -> display filters -> no arp >> click apply....

You are going to have a fair amount of tcp/udp traffic coming through if running the server but see if you can see anything that looks out of the ordinary.
