Specs: Linux i686, Windows xp, windows 7, windows server 2008 r2
Hi, I have 2 domain controllers on a network, both win server 2008 r2, and some desktop computers(some windoze and some linux). Is it possible that i have some of the computers--the windows ones login to one dc and some of them-the linux login to the other dc?

I don't believe there is any way that you can force this; the client determines the optimal DC when it tries to log in.

Why on earth would you want to use a different DC for Linux clients? Windows server is very good at optimizing these things; there's no point in trying to outguess it.

Server #1 is slow and I want the linux clients to have a dedicated server #2 for logins in order to keep it fast.
