First off, on the internet, etiquette (aka 'netiquette') states that typing in all cap's is the same thing as yelling. Not to mention it's hard to read.

Yes it's possible. One would simply use the router to create a route between different subnets.

Ex:
Subnet 1 = 192.168.1.0/24
Subnet 2 = 192.168.3.0/24

Router would need to be between the two subnets and have a route going from Subnet 1 to Subnet 2 and vice versa (if you want the traffic to flow in both directions).

As to step-by-step instructions on how to configure the routes, well, read the manual and do some reading/research on routes and routing. There's a plethora of info freely available on the internet and google is your friend.
