You only need two vlans

Internet port [one connecting to router] has both vlans
company 1 vlan 1 does not have vlan2 on any ports
company 2 vlan 2 does not have vlan1 on any ports

The switch will not let me do anything or remove vlan 1. and also the membership in port to vlan settings do the ports the are for that vlan have to be tagged or untagged.

You are still working on this two months later???

OK so you can't remove vlan1. This should not mean you have to assign it to a port. You would only assign vlan2 and vlan 3 to ports while excluding [not assigning] vlan1

vlan tagging relates to travel thru a trunk which you are not doing so vlan tagging shouldn't matter. Do untagged.
