Specs: Windows XP
Let's say I'm supposed to create an intranet. I got heaps of information in a shared drive but authorized users can view only their information from the shared drives. How can I do that in details?

Thanks very much,

I mean how I can do the following task:
Human Resource staff view only HR information, Accounting staff view only accounting information, Sales & Marketing view only sale & marketing information.
In other words, HR staff can't access to accounting information and vice versa

You do that through group membership and permissions on said groups.

Of course, the information has to be organized by department as well.

I'm betting this is a homework question. Someone working in industry I would expect to know that much as it's pretty basic to Windows AD domain administration.
