What do i need to be able to access a PC on a network at work via the internet ?

We have 5 PC's on our network, with 1 PC set aside as a Server running XP Pro also.

I need to access some files on the PC from home at times, but am not sure what software is needed to be able to do this.
Obviously i would need some sort of password protection to access it.

We run ADSL and the network through a router, so not sure what needs to be done there also to allow remote access(if need be).

I like the older version of barracudadrive at softpedia. It allows you https access to files if you don't want to manage a vpn.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.

Other options are GotoMyPC, Hamachi, Logmein. Google them for more info.

Educate yourself concerning internet security or you may find that you are providing more than just your own file access.

Imagine the power if you knew how to internet search
