Hi
I have domain controler on a windows 2003 server and WinXP Pro Clients.
I need to run a program that needs administrative previlage on a client that does not have this permision,
the RunAs command of windows will not accept passwords and asks for the password when running, which is not good for me,
I found a runas utility at this address :
http://www.softtreetech.com/24x7/archive/53.htm
that accpets passwords in it's command,
it works fine in a computer not connected to a domain
but when trying to run the program with a domain account it gives this error "the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer"and there is no problem with allowing to log on policy as also the normal RunAs command of windows works fine with the same username and password (it's only problem is that it asks for the password later so it is not possible to run it in a batch file)
does anybody know if there is any way to run a program automaticaly at the begining of the windows with an administartor account username and password in a client that is logged in with a normal user account?
it should be somehow possible!any help is appreciated.
Thanx in advance.
