RRAS not assigning IP address

i have one network
1) server 2003 configured with DHCP,DNS and IIS.
IP address 10.10.10.1
Mask: 255.255.255.248
Network 2: Server 2003 Configured with RRAS with 2 NIC
IP address on card 1:10.10.10.2
IP address on card 2:10.10.10.11
Mask:255.255.255.248

Xp machine is a DHCP Client.
The problem is that i can ping the two servers but, the XP client doesn't receive an ip address, i can give i a static address and am able to ping it to the RRAS server. Please help on how to setup, so xpclient can receive an ipadress from DHCP.

IT could be any number of places. Could you send us some more information about your DHCP server and how it is configured like any reservation (Redact MAC address of course) and your Scope.
