Hi, I share my internet with a Netgear RT314 router among 3 computers, one of which runs Win2000 and another WinXP. When the Win2000 computer is downloading and nothing else (it's left alone to download) or just left idle, the WinXP computer's internet connection becomes REALLY slow (slower than a 56K modem! -- which is why I dont think it's a bandwidth issue since the speed shouldnt drop THAT dramatically) Also, when the Win2000 computer is downloading but is in use (ie not left alone) then the WinXP computer's internet connection seems fine. I'm not totally sure it's because the other computer is running Win2000, but I have no idea what the problem is....
Thanks in advance for any help u could provide (I'd prefer answers emailed to me, but posting here is fine too :) )
