Ive never heard of this till today when my dad told me that telus told him that our modem is "overloaded" what does that mean ... Burnt out? i read an old page with same problem name but yeah I haven't been home to look at it but is said on the page there is no such thing... well why did telus tell him such things my real question tho is it possible to go to future shop and buy a new modem and make it work? Orrr do I have to get a hold of telus to send me a new one? Or can I use any old telus box?
Maybe if you said exactly what the problem is we might be able to advise. What exact model device is it? What kind of internet service is it? How many users are sharing the connection? Does it work at all?
