I got a big issue, my computer/network won't let me portforward.
I think I checked every guide on the whole internet . for some reason It won't let me . I followed TUT's on step per step. could anyone please help me solve this problem. I'am tired of 24 hour trying .
greetz ,
ps: my goal is to host a runescape private server. One year ago, I was able to host it (without having to portforward the modem) ! (on my old computer) but now It doesn't work anymore

You leave the windows firewall alone. Remove any entries you have made.

You are doing port translation AND port forwarding for one port according to your pic. Do ONLY port forwarding.

Your 192.x.x.12x ip is static on the pc right?

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
How to properly post a question:
Sorry no tech support via PM's

hello , thank you for helping .
Yes that is my static IP
I removed the exceptions of my firewall, and turned it back on (windows one)

[edit] I followed guides on port forward . com and I think (99 % sure) that I port forwarded it correct.) but even with my firewall's offline , I still can't open port .
