Router connected, but no internet

I have my computers connected to the router and but I only have internet on my comp with XP. The other computer recognizes the router and everything but it wont give me an internet connection. plz help........thank you

Make sure you run network setup wizard on the older PC, make sure the configs on the LAN settings are set to auto, and see if you can release and renew an IP.....if win98 go to start menu...run ....winipcfg.
