Hello all, I was hoping someone here could help me with a bandwidth issue I'm having. I'm spliting my cable internet with a SMC Barricade router (SMC7004ABR), problem is that one of my users is sucking up almost all the bandwidth with Kazaa (port 1214) and doesn't want to restrict his downloads, so I'm looking for a way to do it for him. Wondering if there are any 3rd party progs I can use to allocate bandwidth to him or so on, i'm currently blocking his port from 6 till 11pm to the rest of us can use the internet when @ home. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
