Router Address for fastest connection @ Modem

September 24, 2011 at 12:38:53
Specs: Windows 7
Currently Surboard and router assigning 5.10 and up for 10 users.
PS3 game static @ 5.9 and having speed and connection problems. (5.5,6,7 static for print server etc). Will it help to change router and subsequent static adresses to 100.2 and up? Does converting from 5.x to 100.x currently waste time?

(Game's in NAT 2, (tried DMZ and port range stuff) Multicast on, pingable, UPnP on)
Note: everything works now, just trying to eliminate errors and increase speed. Comcast 30/5 Florida.
