Roaming Profile Problems

Hey guys, I guess i didnt send my post through the first time.. anyway.. We have roaming profiles newly setup at work (where if someone changes something in their profile locally, like a desktop shortcut, it copies it onto the server so any computer you login to on that network youll see your profile setup, desktop icons and so forth) the thing is we want to be able to delete/add things through the SERVERS copy and have it appear to the LOCAL desktop but it only works when you add something locally and then itll make a copy to the server. Anyway to manage things through the server's copy and have it appear locally? thanks ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe Mobo AMD Athlon XP 2800+ 1gb DDR400 Ram. Geforce 6800 LE overclocked. 400-450W Power Supply?
