I just installed Roadrunner through a cable modem. I ran it through a linksys router so it would act like a splitter for my desktop and laptop, both of which I was going to connect to via an ethernet cable in the router. My desktop setup works great. My wife's laptop is a mess. She can connect to the Internet via router no problem, but cannot get her VPN hard token to work which would allow her to connect to work. The strange thing is that we tried connecting her directly to the cable modem by unplugging the router, and she gets no connection at all! What we want is router connection with no VPN problems. Any thoughts?
