I want to connect my Dreamcast to my FastEthernet setup, however my dreamcast only has the RJ11 hookup. Is there any bridge out there that can connect these two in harmony?

An RG11 socket has four wires and is designed to accept a telephone connection. As the Dreamcast has a built in modem, this is where it connects to the telephone.
RJ45 has eight wires and is designed for an Ethernet connection. The two are incompatible. Connecting an Ethernet cable to a socket designed for a telephone cable isn't going to achieve a great deal.

Oh, I know, and I'm quite versed in networking. I wasn't sure if there was an adapter short of a $10,000 AD-TRAN. I'm trying to be frugal and not buy the uber-rare broadband adapter. You'd think someone would make an adapter for that for older PCs and equipment that is limited in connectivity to emulate a phone call into the 10/100Mbit Ethernet, but who knows... *shrug*
