We reset all our servers and switches to make sure all the time changes were working because being in Indiana... we never had to do it before... after the restarts all 3 novell servers are popping up the error: RIP router configuration error detected Node xxxxx claims network adress xx should be xx. Why would it start doing that all of the sudden?

Don't know unless someone made changes to your switches and routers and failed to saved the configs in nvram thus it loaded an old outdated file.
