You could do it through "Group Policy" and restrict access of the administrator (your username) to the group policy settings folder that it will make. open run. type MMC file, add-remove snap-in, add group policy. go to users, admin temp, controll panel. under there you will see prohibit access, double click and enable. for IE go back up to admin temp, windows comp, IE, in there will be the settings you need. i forgot what the name of the folder that keeps these settings but just look for a folder that has been created or altered after you made the Group policy changes. then restrict NTFS access to your username or these settings will apply to you too. also back-up your registry before any large changes like this, have fun.
