I am installing a linksys router and am seting up the wireless internet on my laptop. I forgot the password and or the login name.. How do I recover or change those?

The default username and password for the router config page is in the manual or online. If you changed it, and forgot that password, you can reset the device to the factory defaults. How to do this varies by device (so consult the linksys support website) but generally it involves holding down the reset button, plugging in the power cable, and continuing to hold down the button for 30 seconds.
