Repetitive email

Specs: Windows XP
I am receiving the same email from a friend with a forwarded piece over and over again. She has outlook. How might she fix this?

If the message is still in the Outbox, then she can disconnect her network cable and move the message to the Drafts folder.

If the message is not in her Outbox, then it means it has already been sent, and all you can do is go to your mailbox administration page and remove the duplicates.

This can also be a sign of a compromised system so antivirus and antispyware scans should be done immediately on your friends pc.
