Hi,

I have three boxes. Box A is a remote box. Box B is a DVR machine only that can display and configure over the net. Box is a desktop windows box used for media, surfing etc...

Box B and C are behind a linksys router (lan) and box A is is also behind a linksys router.

I want to be able to conect box A to box B through the two routers using vpn.

The router on box B has been almost completely disabled as far as security it provides. It has:

-FIREWALL firewall protection enable disable
-Block WAN Block Anonymous Internet Requests
enable disable
-Filter multicast
-Filter NAT Redirection

Will enabling the firewall or enabling Block Anonymous internet requests or any of these other services block me from remotely accessing box B from A

Or if enabled on other router will it cause problems for box B to send to box A

TIA
cjae
