Greetings, I have Lynksys wrt54g. I have to got 5 Static IPs provided by my ISP. I would like to use one of this static IP like 71.128.255.133 to connect to my PC remotely which has its ip as 198.12.12.6.
I still use router's default IP to manage the settings.
I have changed my PC settings already to access remotely.
Please advise on how to access my PC remotely outside of my network.

You only need one public ip for your router. You need to forward RDP ports on your router to the pc in question. If more than one pc you need to open not forward ports.

Thanks for your reply.
I need details. I am very new to networking, sorry for too many questions. I have public IP as 71.128.255.133. So do I change my router IP address to 71.128.255.133?
Then I do RDP forwarding?
Thanks in advance.

what are you using that address for now?
you will need to review the routers manual on how to configure it to forward.
