Forward port 3389 to the computer you want to RDP to.

On the remote client, use RDP to connect to your router's WAN IP address.

Step by step:
Make sure you've done the IIS part. Control Panel, add Windows components....Remote Desktop connectio....

1.check/note your ip address on Host/target computer>.(Start> Run > cmd> ipconfig)
2.Login to your router, usually at the address bar type in: 192.168.0.1, then navigate to Forwarding; forward port 3389 to the ip address that was noted in step 1.
it'll have a range like,forward 3389 ~ 3389 to IP 192.168.0.x
3.When you connect from a different computer; type in the ip address, not the router/local ip address. Go to whatismyip.com, it'll show u the ip the ISP assigned. Type this address as the computer name, you can even click Options and click on Disk drives, so u have an option to save data on remote/host or the client computer.
you might have to type in the port number also, to do this seperate with a colon. (Example: Computer name: 65.21.23.21:3389 )
I just made up that ip address, dont try it.
