how can I remote in to my router and I need to get past my router to my pc desktop

You remote into your router by setting up remote access to your router.

To gain access to your desktop you need to enable remote desktop as well as assign the pc a static ip then do port forwarding of port 3389 to the static ip of the router. To access from the internet you put wanipaddress:3389 into remote desktop client to then connect.
