Hello,

can I access my home desktop from my office via mstsc.exe through Internet or do I need any external tools.
The comp I want to sign in is a 192.168.1.7 inside a wired home lan.

Yes you can use Remote Desktop to connect. You would require a firewall capable of port forwarding. You would configure the port forward for the RDC (I forget offhand what the port number is for it, but a quick google of "remote desktop port number" will get you the info) to the internal (private) IP of the PC you want to connect to. Once that's done, you would put in your external (public) IP of your home and connect to that. The firewall (if you're using a SOHO router) will then forward the port to the appropriate PC.

See also dynamic dns providers. A few or free and some soho routers actually are setup to allow you the ability to report changes to IP.

I say that because few have static IP addresses.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.

But, yes running 4 drives in a RAID0 setup is a very poor choice without a sound reason and a very comprehensive backup plan. And it's moronic if your OS is on that array.
