I am having a problem loging in to the domain. I am using my laptop. The first time I log in under a different user all administrators, do not know yet if i can log in with a different user that is

There are a lot of things that you have to check. If the server is running Active Directory, then all the users should have a profile on the server which includes a user name and passwd.
Are all PCs and the server on the same subnet? Is the router or the server giving out DHCP addresses? Only one should be running DHCP.
Make sure that all PCs are getting an IP address. Use static IPs if you prefer. Ping the server from each workstation.
Disable any firewall and unisntall any symantec product.
After all that, make sure everthing is shared correctly. The from one of the workstations run the \\IP_of_the_server from the run box. All shares should be available.

Make sure the Remote permissions are set and configured correctly.
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
