Good Morning, I tired to remotely assist users having windows vista client computer installed using system center configuration manager 2007. when i right click on the computer name in configuration manager console i couldn't see the remote assistance option. The setting remote client agent that require Network Level Authentication (NLA) is disabled on SCCM server. so what shall i do to remotely assist those users.

SCCM 2007 and Windows Vista Remote Assistance are two different animals. You cannot use SCCM as remote assistance. See the following article for info about Remote Assistance.

Thanks for the quick response But when i install the SCCM 2007 administrator console on a computer running windows vista Business with service pack 1 i was able to remotely assist client computers running the microsoft windows vista OS.
