All gurus,

I have very simple and stupid question in mind.

I know that there are few very sophisticated remote access softwares in market that can help me to gain access to any computer remotely.

Now, out of curiosity is that really possible, for Microsoft from US to access my computer running XP out of my knowledge?

What will Microsoft require to do so?

Thanks for any help?

As I know, it's not so easy and possible... some configuration like port forwarding might need to be configured on router and Microsoft will need to know your computer IP.

Just have a look on how to do remote desktop connection from Internet if you wish..
