Hi there,
I have a router/modem connection where IP forwarding is turned off by my ISP.
Is there a way to do remote administring over the internet by using any tool or work around to bypass the Ipforwarding issue.

Plus with a little research you could build your own. What you want is a VPN connection.

Actually, VPN's in the traditional sense won't work, either. If the ISP is NAT'ing, there's no way to VPN to his home network without a mediation server to mediate the connection. That's why hamachi works.
