Yes. I got some information about network monitoring tools like cacti,wats up gold etc... S we need to monitor the our on site routers switches and servers.Thank u.

Try Wireshark. It's not remote, but in combo with RDP or VNC should do the job. We used to use it on Cisco routers for some sites.
