Look, here is the story in brief:
I've an Internet Cafee (6 PCs+ My own PC) this last one is the admin. and PCs often get crashed, I go for each PC and reformat (C:) then reinstall the WindowsXP.
I want a sol. to automate this process from my own PC even if the formatting process only.Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease help!Yours

You would probably be better off having a program that "auto-restores" to a preset configuration at every bootup.
Check out "Norton GoBack"

If you setup auto restore within the program, your customers can pick up viruses and other garbage. Next day, start them up and everything is clean again. Also has Administrator password to deny customers from messing with it.
Been using the program for 10 years, works great. Essentially it makes a highly compressed image of your entire hard drive and uses that image to rewrite everything back to the way you had it, all in less than 5 minutes.

Another fine software solution is Deep Freeze. It basically loads from an image at bootup so no matter what happens during an active session, the second you reboot, it's back to where it was after the image was created...every time! This solution is used in a lot of schools for obvious reasons.
