I have a NT server which runs MS proxy server 2.0, I'm able to browse internet in my clients computers but unable to run outlook and real player even after changing the connection setting to proxy server like realplayer ports and giving unlimited access to the users.
I have installed wsp in client comp. In command prompt after running chkwsp32.exe, I got error message as... "WSP layered service provider was'nt installed as the 1st LSP" can anybody help me out

Did you allow the neccessary ports on the proxy server itself? Real.com' support page will tell you which ones. Once this is done you need to install the proxy client on the pc's if you haven't already.
