Does anyone know how to correctly setup REAL VNC to dial into a VNC Host? It says it can on their website, but I don't know how to do it because when you start the viewer, it just asks for the host name or IP address. Thanks.

You will need to set up a dial up networking connection first.
Set up IP addresses and then dial in and connect

The VNC server should be on the machine you are attempting to connect to. It must be running and have a password. If you wish to connect from a remote machine with a VNC Viewer, you need to get online and use the viewer to make the connection. The Host IP address must be inputted in the wiewer window (or host name). If you connect, you will be required to put in the server password. Then you will be connected.
I know how to use Real VNC on the LAN, it's the dial up part is what I don't get. The computer I am dialing into is at my work and is sitting on the LAN. Is there a way that I can dial into my ISP like AOL for example and then connect to my box at work? My ISP at work has NAT enabled so should I assign my work box a static IP address... This starts getting confusing for me right here. Thanks in advance.
