the problem is our exchange box could not handle the load of running ras service anymore. here is the new layout as400 runing our ntserv nt term serv edition netfinity runing our ntaserv and ras No public ip 2k adv serv exchange box two lan cards one public also hosting our antivirus server protection (norton and micro trend)2k adv serv and 5.5 exchange running serv pack 3 print server running nt serv and hosting client ant virus software proxy box running proxy 2.o and 2k adv serv 2nd lan card one a public ip ok the exchange box used to host all ras hosting for modem and tunels but the box is our least powerful and was bombing out all the time so we switched the ras service and modems to the ntaserv box and have it hosting remote administration.the problem now is that all tunels were efectivly killed in the process i need to find a way to tell the server to accept ras authentication through the proxy box's public ip ive got an indication that i need to of course go to the remote acces properties under administrative properties but from there im not exactly sure how to go about setting up the routing the permision is no problem im just unclear about the actual routing issue thanks..... this one is no rush if there are other questions out there that are more imidiate since im the only one with dsl at work right now but any help for the future would be nice thanks guys...
