Going to need more to go on here.

Are you using a Wireless Modem to connect to your "Broad Band"?
Is it DSL or a Cable Modem?

If cable then chances are you do not have WiFi and will need to get a WiFi router.
If other let us know.

If you do have WiFi then what does it say when you try to connect to it or do you not see an SSID in the list of available wireless connections?

Oops sorry I just noticed you posted the Model in the subject line.

I looked up the "Ralink RT2500" and as far as I can tell this is just a WiFi adapter for your laptop. What is it that you are using for a router or modem that connects to your ISP.
