I just bought the network adapter for my sons PS2. I can see the ligts blinking on the router, and the PS2 self test identifies the newly installed NIC, BUT...we cant connect to the internet. Is there a firewall setting in linksys that is holding it back??? Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

Is the NIC wired or wireless? If its wired, it should get an IP address from the router right away. If its wireless and you have mac filtering or wep enabled on the router, you'll have to configure the NIC to match.
