The administrator of our LAN put a flash filter so we cannot see the flash items on the websites!. I tried many proxies but it is the same. Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

If there is a transparent proxy running in your network environment, there is no chance, avoiding this filter.

Concerning to the state of upstandingnetizen.
TOR or other things to build a tunnel through HTTP might (or will) work, but in the company, where I'm working, exactly these things will be the last thing, a user do in this company.
Such users gets strictly fired, because they do break the rules and put the whole company network in risk.
In that case, you can throw away the firewall.

In abd73fr posting, it's clearly a company, where one will avoid blocked things.
And under this cicumstance, I will never seduce someone to break the rules and possibly get fired, because most users don't think of the possible consequences for the company and himself.
