Type Cmd in the Start Search text box.
Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter keyboard shortcut to run Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type "netsh winsock reset" hit enter.
Type "netsh interface ipv4 reset" hit enter.
Type "netsh interface ipv6 reset" hit enter.
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" hit enter.
Restart the system and check if the issue is fixed.
Also, I would suggest you to update the virus protection on the system and perform a scan to ensure system is not infected by virus.
If the issue persists reset the browser.
