Problems connecting to the internet

Specs: Windows XP
I have a very strange situation, I have an Origo ASR-8400 Router connected to an ADSL line. AND connected to that I have a Belkin F5D7130 54g Wireless Network Access Point. I have a PC hardwired to the Origo - and that connects fine. I then have 2 Laptops connected to the wireless - one is and Old Toshiba satellite and is connected fine, the other is a NEW(ish) Dell Precision - and it won't connect - it says it has limited or no connectivity. Normally I would assume the issue is with the laptop - however I also have a BlackBerry that won't connect via the wifi (the error message here is "failed to obtain ip address" and a nokia N8 phone - that also won't connect via the wifi the error message here is "invalid server name" - I have NO idea what the problem is as I am not particularly tech savy - can anyone help?

I have a thing to type into the web browser - but all that allows me to do is specify the ISP - nothing else.
