problem with xbox live webcam

i have the alltel wireless card in my pc. works well and i have a router and a signal booster hooked up. i'm able to use everything including my laptop and xbox live. when i get on the video chat the headphones work well but the video is having problems. sometimes my son can see me and sometimes i can see him but not both at the same time. then it will say that my speed isn't fast enough. what can i do.

Sadly, there likely isn't much you can do except for maybe trying different software until you find one that works better.
