Hi,

I got problem with a little network of 3 computer with a hub. The 3 of the have winxp. i take 192.168.100.1, 192.168.100.2, 192.168.100.3 for ip adress with 255.255.255.0 .

The 3 computers have the same workgroup.

Share file and folder is activate on the 3.

The file format is fat32 for 2 computer and ntfs for the others.

The problem is that the computer with ntfs file format can ping the 2 other computer but we can't ping him. He can't access to our forder too.

I don't know what to do with this. Is this because is ntfs

You mean can't ping by IP or by host name?

If you can by IP but only in one direction are you very sure there is no firewall _or_ port blocking on that unit?
