Problem with Dial up Connection(Continued)

Ok this is a continuation of my problem. Here
is a full list Of my problem every where i turn i
get an error message.

Remote Access Auto Connection
Manager/Could not start the R,A,A,C,M on
Local Computer Error 1068: The Dependency
Service or group failed to Start.

(Problem 2) Could Not Start the Remote
Access Manager on Local Computer. Error 5:
Access Denied or Error 1084: This Service
cannot be started in Safe Mode.

(Problem 3) Tried going to Internet
Options/Connections/Setup/Connect to the
Network at my workplace/ Grey'ed out, like
this ( http://forums.speedguide.net/showth...
t=191704 )

(Problem 4) Network and Internet
Connections/Create a connection to the
network at your workplace/ Same Grey'ed out
options to make a dial up connection.

(Problem 5) Internet Options/Internet
Properties/ Connections/ Add/ Then i get,
Cannot Load the Remote Access Connection
Manager Service Error 711: A Configureation
error on this computer is preventing this
connection, for further assistance, click more
info or search Help and Support Center for this
Error Number.


So now what? What can i possibly do to
make a Dial up connection possible?

Make sure, your computer is not started in safe mode, because in safe mode, some services do not get started, just for the safe mode.

Still didnt help me. For some reason every way i go about this
problem i get knocked back. And My Network Places, i cant
right click it. And when i open the folder its empty ? i dunno im
about to throw the computer out the window!!! lol

And i only tried it in safe mode once. So, thats not the only
problem. Therers something i cant find, and i have no idea what
it is.
