Problem to Access Sub Folder

We have windows Server 2003. There was problem in ADS, hence we reinstall it.
after reinstallation we created groups and users. and assigned the access to the folders.
but now we are facing problem in accessing sub folders under the share folder

Under sharing, isn't there a check box that says, allow permissions to propagate.....?
